Austral Masonry currently has a vacancy for a Despatch Coordinator / Customer Service role at our Dandenong site, Victoria. Reporting to the State Sales Manager you will be responsible for: scheduling deliveries; order entry and modification; transport related reports; providing customer service; assisting the sales team and general office duties. Daily interactions will occur with customers, subcontractors, members of the transport department, sales team and production.
The successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and possess strong problem solving skills, general computer skills; have good attention to detail, good organisational, communication and customer relations skills and be self motivated.
The applicant must have experience in despatch, with customer service and/or administration experience viewed favourably.
